I've been hibernating in my burrow of late or as L.B kindly puts it, recharging my batteries.It's delicious being anti-social but I shall emerge from my hobbit hole soon.promise.
Lately I have been working on research for next year's dissertation, my excuse for behaving like a social pariah.My chosen topic is Soviet art and its most enjoyable.I'd thought I'd let you see a book I bought a while ago on Social Realist art (the official style of Soviet art).Its just lovely to have a valid excuse for buying books.Rushing into a shop and purchasing a fresh book, all full of promise, is one of the joys of life;the expectation,the new book smell,curling up with the book,the first page.
