I have a beautiful uni.My area was a mens' department store; the kind where dapper gentlemen bought their hats, back when men wore hats.It has brass stairs, wide tall windows, 1930's-esque ceiling frescoes and stained glass windows.I'm so glad I got to study art for 3 years in such an atmospheric building.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful, my buildings at uni were built in the 60s and has green and brown as the main colors and strange and in my view ugly modern art work everywhere. Those I know who know art claim that they are interesting but I do not agree. I have left uni now, and my job used to be an old people's home and it is very hospital-like which lots of white and corridors still even though it is now an office. Uni was better in retrospect...
